I am Dr Laura Taylor-Roberts, a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience ranging from the NHS to the corporate world.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to your individual needs. The approaches I am most influenced by include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Analytic Therapy.
